Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

VORA Protocol provides digital, non-tangible services. Once a certificate or proof has been generated, it cannot be revoked or returned.

2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription's auto-renewal at any time via your dashboard to prevent any future charges. Because subscriptions are billed upfront, we do not provide partial or prorated refunds if you cancel early. Instead, you will retain full access to your Pro or Studio features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical failure preventing service usage

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial usage of services
  • Misunderstanding of product features
